Headwaters (HW Quote - Cramer on HW - Stock Picks): "I think that there's so many better plays in the alternative energy sector.
SunPower's(SPWR Quote - Cramer on SPWR - Stock Picks) better.
First Solar's(FSLR Quote - Cramer on FSLR - Stock Picks) better. I have to say ixnay on yours. I'd rather go with mine."
XM Satellite Radio (XMSR Quote - Cramer on XMSR - Stock Picks): "I happen to like
Sirius (SIRI Quote - Cramer on SIRI - Stock Picks) better than XM. If the deal fails, Sirius will be more likely to survive than XM. So let's get rid of XM, and let's buy Sirius."
Tribune (TRB Quote - Cramer on TRB - Stock Picks): "I think Sam Zell's gonna find that 34 bucks. I think he's gonna do it, because he is a man of his word. Because of that, if I were an arbitrageur, I would be in the stock. But I don't recommend that, so that's why I've been saying sell it if you're an employee."
Blockbuster (BBI Quote - Cramer on BBI - Stock Picks): "I don't have a good view of this stock right here, so I am going to say Don'tBuy. ... It's too hard for me."
Cummins (CMI Quote - Cramer on CMI - Stock Picks): "I don't want to walk away from Cummins. I still think it's a world-dominating company. ... But I've been saying, my theme tonight is take a little off the table. ... The overall market could go down 1% to 2%."
Fossil (FOSL Quote - Cramer on FOSL - Stock Picks): "They're doing everything right. My problem is I think the stock reflects that they're doing everything right. I would rather be a seller than a buyer after that better-than-expected quarter."
CIT Group (CIT Quote - Cramer on CIT - Stock Picks): "If they sell the company, you get 50. If they don't sell it and the economy doesn't pick up, you get 30. ... 8 down, maybe 11 up -- that's not a good risk/reward. I am telling you right here, do not buy CMT."

Celgene (CELG Quote - Cramer on CELG - Stock Picks). Today, Celgene made another great bet. .. Celgene, another 52-week high. ... I'm sticking by my Buy, and I'm sticking by the management of Celgene, which is terrific."
